🔹 Leadership Tiers

Dove Gospel is structured into four core leadership tiers:

Global Leaders (GL)
- Oversees the entire network’s vision, doctrine, governance, and partnerships.
- Responsible for strategic decision-making, global initiatives, and crisis management.
- Works alongside regional leaders to provide spiritual oversight and strategic direction.
Regional Leaders
- Lead Dove Gospel’s regional networks across continents.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Leaders and local churches.
- Provide pastoral care, training, and resource distribution within their territories.
- Ensure DG: Reach integration is streamlined for their region.
National and Local Leadership
- Includes national directors, church leaders, and ministry coordinators.
- Focus on expanding discipleship, church planting, and mission projects.
- Handle regional training programs, leadership development, and operational logistics.
Ministry & Administrative Teams
- Comprise pastoral support, finance, IT, training, and operational staff.
- Manage day-to-day administration, financial stewardship, and DG: Reach data management.
- Oversee technology integration, DG: Reach workflows, and documentation.
