Statement of Faith

1. The Holy Scriptures

We affirm that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16). It is the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and conduct.

2. The Godhead

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19).

3. The Lord Jesus Christ

  • Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human (John 1:1,14).
  • His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and ascension to heaven are essential to our faith.
  • Salvation is found through faith in Christ alone (Acts 4:12).

4. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit

  • The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a distinct and subsequent experience to salvation (Acts 2:4).
  • The initial evidence of Spirit Baptism is speaking in tongues, as experienced on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2:4, 10:44-46).

5. Spiritual Gifts & Supernatural Ministry

  • The gifts of the Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:8-10) are active today.
  • Healing, deliverance, prophecy, and miracles are part of the Church’s mission.
  • The fivefold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers remains active (Ephesians 4:11-13).

6. Salvation & Justification

  • Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9).
  • Repentance and regeneration are necessary for eternal life (John 3:3-5).
  • Justification comes by faith alone, not by works (Romans 5:1).

7. The Second Coming of Christ

  • Jesus Christ will return physically and visibly to establish His Kingdom (Acts 1:11).
  • We believe in the Rapture of the Church and the Final Judgment.

8. Deliverance & Healing

  • Healing is part of the atonement of Christ (Isaiah 53:5, James 5:14-16).
  • Deliverance from demonic oppression is a function of Spirit-empowered ministry (Mark 16:17).

9. The Church & Ecclesiastical Authority

  • The Church is the Body of Christ, with Jesus as its Head (Colossians 1:18).
  • The leadership structure is established with Patriarchs, Archbishops, Bishops, and Ministers, as recognized in Fundamental Pentecostalism.

10. Ordinances of the Church

  • Water Baptism – By immersion as a public declaration of faith (Matthew 28:19).
  • Holy Communion – The Lord’s Supper as an act of remembrance (1 Corinthians 11:24-26).
